Who We Are
The college is a provincial leader in the delivery of trades and apprenticeship training, and delivers more than 200 career-focused programs designed to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Areas of focus include Engineering & Information Technology, Health & Life Sciences and Community Services, Business & Hospitality, and Media & Design.
Conestoga’s degree programs includes Ontario’s only college-based engineering degrees accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board as well as the first four-year undergraduate degree to be accredited by the Canadian Health Information Management Association.
Conestoga’s full-time enrolment exceeds 12,000 students per year at campuses in Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph, Ingersoll, Brantford and Stratford. Continuing education attracts more than 30,000 enrolments per year.
Applied research at Conestoga supports local businesses in their efforts to innovate and compete in the global marketplace, and develops new workforce training and development models to address the changing needs of our community.
Conestoga offers a comprehensive array of programs in the Construction, Motive Power, Industrial and Service sectors in response to the needs of industry, and the growth in our local economy.
Conestoga has established partnerships over the years with many successful local, national and international companies, resulting in program enhancements and significant career opportunities for our students.
Operating from campuses in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph as well as training facility in Ingersoll, we deliver current and relevant skills based education and training allowing our students and graduates access to successful careers in the skilled trades.
